All donation forms must be returned by Friday, March 28, 2008.
Where to Donate
All items should be sent to me at 340 HWY 340, Fruita, Colorado 81521, to be received no later than Friday, April 11, 2008.
If you plan to donate a large gift basket or item, you will be able to bring it to Two Rivers Convention Center on Tuesday, April 22 between 10:00 a.m. and Noon.Name of item:_________________________________________________

The items will be on display during the conference, with bidding taking place Tuesday afternoon, April 22 through Thursday morning, April 24, 2008.
Contributions will be recognized in an auction list distributed to all conference attendees.
Winning bids will be announced at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 24. All items must be paid for and picked up by Thursday 2:00 p.m.
All proceeds from the Silent Auction will be used to support the Western Slope Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA) Training and Scholarship Program.
