Colorado Conference on Volunteerism April 22, 23, 24, 2008

Conference Participants

Approximately 300 individuals are expected to attend the 2008 Colorado Conference on Volunteerism from April 22-24, 2008. Most participants will be from the state of Colorado. People who attend the conference work in diverse settings such as museums, hospitals, schools, parks, government agencies and a wide variety of non-profits. These individuals are responsible for recruiting, assigning and recognizing volunteers who help organizations get the job done. Organizations vary in size and scope from state to local or grass-roots level.

Location

The conference will be held at Two Rivers Convention Center, 159 Main Street, Grand Junction, Colorado. The exhibit area will be in the main hallway. This space will be adjacent to the meetings rooms where conference workshops will be held.

Exhibit Space

Each exhibitor will have one six-foot skirted table and two chairs. Once you reserve your exhibit space, we will inform you about renting specific items and provide you with details about audiovisual equipment, fees and wireless Internet capability at your exhibit table.

The conference presenters value the important participation of our exhibitors. Here are some of the benefits and services that we offer:

• Conference staff and volunteers will be on duty to answer questions or assist you with any concerns.
• Break times will be near exhibits.
• Incentive announcements will be made for exhibitor door prizes.
• We provide an electronic roster of conference participants.
• We offer eligibility for the conference rates for lodging at the Hawthorn and Hampton Suites Hotels.
• The area near the Convention Center offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

Payments

Once your exhibitor registration form is received, an invoice will be issued. Payment must be received within 30 days upon receipt of invoice. Payment for the exhibit space does not include additional furnishings, equipment, utilities, extension cords, or other services ordered by the exhibitor. All such optional costs shall be the exhibitor’s responsibility. Please complete the information on the registration form, and we will save a space for you!
